Unscrupulous companies are contacting Exhibitors claiming to represent show hotels and services or to sell copies of attendee lists. They take payment but do not actually provide a service. If you are contacted by a company you have not previously done business with please contact Steve Basnett to verify their legitimacy before proceeding.
Housing
Security Canada would like to remind attendees and Exhibitors that we only use the following hotels for show accommodations:
- Sheraton Laval (Security Canada East)
- Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel (Security Canada West)
- Delta Hotels Toronto Airport (Security Canada Central)
Any claims by any other organization stating that they are the official housing agency are untrue. You will never be contacted directly regarding hotel rooms by any of our host hotels. Please feel free to contact for further information.

Claims by third party entities/guides that are not included in your Exhibitor kit are not official or legitimate requests for your private/business information.
